Kevin is an Austin-based consultant specializing in the areas of business operations and finance for startup and small businesses (1-50 employees). Kevin has owned his own business, and served as VP Operations for two companies (one startup and another early-stage) as each grew to revenue in excess of $20 million. 

Today he consults with businesses in need of turnaround, or those needing organization development as a result of rapid growth. In addition, Kevin works with entrepreneurs to develop strategy and plans to avoid common startup mistakes, and to aid in funding efforts.Kevin’s specialty is in helping businesses and entrepreneurs develop and implement strategy by creating concrete plans such as business models, forecasts and metrics; ensuring the right people are in place to execute the plans; and then fostering an environment of communication, collaboration and accountability.
